maxDetailHeight (Framework master view only)
Definition
By default, the Framework reserves half the applet height if any detail is an in-place detail (see "inPlaceN" parameter). If this is not a good value, then set this parameter to the maximum height needed across all in-place details. Also note that the master will get the remaining applet height for its display.
